Sales Orders and Payment

Your submission of a product order constitutes a binding offer to purchase the product in question at the total price indicated when submitting the order, including VAT, packaging and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts to which you are entitled. The sales contract is considered to have been concluded after we have checked the price and availability of the products and you receive a message at the email address you indicated during your registration, with which the Company will accept your purchase offer.

To order a product through our Website, you must enter your access details on the login page to your Account or create a new Account if you are a new User. Then, you must select the products you want and add them to your Shopping Cart. The total cost of your order will appear on the screen based on the selected conditions to complete the purchase.

Before completing the order of any product, you must make sure that the products you have placed in the Shopping Cart are the ones you wish to purchase and in the quantity you wish to purchase.

The order is completed upon acceptance by our Website through the sending of a written confirmation (confirmation email) to you at the email address you have indicated to us during your registration.

Shipping Process

After submitting and processing the order, your order is shipped the next business day, via a shipping company or by the Company's means of transport for the Thessaloniki area.

In any case, it is agreed that the shipping time of the product depends both on the availability of the ordered product in our warehouse and on the possible existence of force majeure reasons (indicatively, the existence of bad weather conditions, strikes, problems faced by the Company's cooperating shipping companies, etc.) for which the Company bears no responsibility.

Product Warranty - Order Cancellation - Product Return

A warranty is provided for a defective product.

The warranty of each product is listed on its card and 100% coverage is provided.

In any case, the competent authority for the confirmation of the defective product is the Powerful service department.

Both we and you reserve the right to cancel all or part of an order that has already been registered and has not yet been delivered. You reserve the right to cancel your order through the member page or through written communication with our Website or by contacting our head offices. We reserve the right to cancel all or part of an order if there are problems or malfunctions that make it impossible to deliver the products. If we are unable to complete an order in its entirety, we will inform you in writing of the inability that has arisen and at the same time we will refund the price for this order, if you have paid in advance.

In case the ordering process has been completed but you are not fully satisfied with the purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the completion of the order, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition and without signs of wear, as defined in Law 2251/1994 as it applies each time.

In the case of returning any product, the shipping costs and the return process are fully covered by us. In the event that we judge, in its absolute and uncontrollable judgment, that you are exercising the right of cancellation abusively or do not meet the conditions described in this article, we are entitled to charge you with the shipping costs for each of your transactions, after previously informing you of this charge or to exclude you from access to its services.
